Defined diagnostic scope
QA automation audit
You need to decide what to automate and where to begin.
Deliverables
- Coverage and release-risk assessment
- Prioritized automation opportunities
- Recommended first scope and implementation approach
What we need
Product context, release workflow, existing cases or suites, and agreed access for the review.
Acceptance
Review the findings and proposed priorities with your team.
Implementation is a separate scope. The free introductory call does not include this audit.
Fixed scope and proposal
Implementation sprint
You have a defined set of journeys or a backlog to automate.
Deliverables
- Custom framework and agreed automated cases
- CI configuration and failure evidence
- Documentation and handover
What we need
Agreed cases, a test environment, client-provided test users and a repository location.
Acceptance
Review the agreed cases, repeatable runs, reporting and handover against the written scope.
Additional journeys and changes beyond the agreed scope are estimated separately. Product bug fixes remain with your team unless explicitly included.
Monthly pricing by maintained workflow
Continuous test care
You need the suite to remain useful as the application changes.
Deliverables
- Scheduled and release-triggered runs
- Failure analysis and reviewable test repairs
- Reporting and coverage growth within the agreed scope
What we need
An existing suite, release schedule, reporting channel and agreed maintenance priorities.
Acceptance
Review suite health, outstanding risks and completed work at the agreed reporting cadence.
The monthly quote reflects the number and complexity of agreed workflows. No seat-based fees or Qalitative per-run charges. Setup, CI infrastructure costs, human review hours, response expectations and new-test capacity are agreed separately in the proposal. Automated runs do not imply 24/7 human support.
